Return Policy

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if necessary, a prepaid return label.

  3. Print the return label and attach it to the package.

  4. Drop off the package at your designated reception area or at an authorized shipping center based on the provided label.

 Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
