Can my order be delivered to my home?

According to our shipping policy, if you live 100 km or more from head office, you can have your order delivered to your home or to the Berger site where you work. Otherwise, your order will be stored in the small room near the reception desk at the head office in St-Modeste. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed. Please allow at least 10 working days for your order to be prepared.

If I add items to my shopping cart, do I have to buy them?

You are never obligated to purchase the items you add to your shopping cart when you visit the Berger Shop website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card*
  • Gift card

*Please note that if you have access to a Work Allowance or Representation Allowance, you may be reimbursed for the amount of your order according to your allocated budget. Refer to the Procedure for submitting a claim in Dayforce page. You can also use your credit card to make purchases at any time, even if your balance has run out.

How do I know if I'm eligible for the Representation Allowance?

The budget is allocated to employees whose duties involve frequent interaction with clients and external partners when representing the company. To find out if you are eligible, contact your local Human Resources representative.

When is the Representation Allowance annual budget renewed?

The annual budget is valid from January 1 to December 31. The balance remaining from the previous year is not transferable, retroactive or redeemable for cash.

How can I find out the balance of my Work Allowance?

The Work Allowance is allocated according to your employment agreement. To find out your balance, please refer to the Balance Summaries section of Dayforce or contact your local Human Resources representative.

When is the Work Allowance budget renewed?

The budget is renewed at your service anniversary, according to your employment status and the working conditions manual for your work site. The balance remaining from the previous year is not transferable, retroactive or redeemable for cash.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Contact our store team at boutique@berger.ca as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can make changes to it.

How often are orders prepared?

Orders are prepared once a week on Fridays during business hours. Please note that the schedule may change during the holiday and summer seasons. This information will be posted on the Berger Shop website or Bhome in a timely manner for your information.

How do I use the gift card on my purchases?

Once you have reached your shopping cart, click Check out. Fill out the following sections of the form: Contact, Payment and Billing address. In the Discount code or gift card field, enter the code you received by email. Click Apply. Use your credit card to complete payment if there is an amount remaining to be paid.

How can I find out the balance on my gift card?

What do I do when I've spent my entire budget?

If your DM allows it, you can make a credit card purchase and be reimbursed by charging the purchase to an expense account with your appropriate GL number.
